Being healthy doesn’t mean you have to suffer through bland and boring treats. No way! You just have to take a few of your faves, make some healthy improvements and enjoy. The biggest problem with most treats is that they’re filled with sugar but have little to no protein or fat to slow down digestion. Sugar spikes are bad for your health and your waistline. Here are a few ideas to keep you on track without feeling like you’re giving up all your favorite treats. Each recipe serves one.

1 tsp of cinnamon
Saute berries and apples in coconut oil
Sprinkle cinnamon on top and continue to stir
