Paleo Banana Nut Muffins

Paleo Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 C coconut flour
4 large organic free rang eggs
2 large bananas, ripe and mashed
1/3 C maple syrup
1/2 C chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 Tbsp coconut oil

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°
Grease muffin pan with coconut oil
In a bowl, whisk all dry ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk wet ingredients and bananas
Add dry ingredients to wet and fold in walnuts
Pour into muffin pan
Bake for 17-19 minutes
Remove and let cool
Store in fridge
