PORRIDGE

Ask me what one of my favorite breakfast foods is and always at the Top of my list is Porridge! I eat it at least 4 times a week. I keep it simple but ohhhh is it Delicious!

INGREDIENTS
cooked 1/2 cup quinoa
3/4 cup coconut yogurt
1 cup blueberries and any other fruit you like
a few raw nuts, flaxseed or dried fruit
1 tablespoon coconut nectar

Mix ingredients and serve hot or cold.
