Let me start by saying its been a long road not having an oven .
3 years to be exact! I have been cooking in a New Wave Oven, which is great for cooking , but not ideal for baking. I am happy to say we finally got our double oven put in and now its like Christmas, I am in Baking Heaven!!!
First thing my family asked for was Chocolate Chip Cookies, and yes I made them and according to the boys they were Amazing! After watching them devour every last morsel, I decided I needed to make some that would fit into my gluten free diet….
They turned out Delicious!
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup gluten free chocolate chips
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup organic butter(room temp)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp vanilla
Combine Almond flour, salt, and baking soda
Add butter, vanilla, and maple syrup blend on low
Add chocolate chips and hand stir
Scoop on Tbsp at a time onto a parchment lined baking sheet
Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes
Cool for 12 minutes before removing
