Anti-Inflammatory Paleo Recipes

Lettuce WrapsServes 2
4 butter lettuce leaves
12 oz baked chicken, shredded
1/3 C red bell pepper, diced
1/3 C shredded carrots
1/3 C diced cucumbers
1 small avocado, sliced
Dijon mustard to coat

Mix all ingredients except lettuce and avocado
Divide mixture into lettuce leaves
Top mixture with avocado slices and wrap

*Serve with baby veggies and hummus with almonds.
*Don’t be afraid to try new veggies and sauces in your wraps- coconut aminos, creamy almond butter, guacamole, regular mustard and more.


Super SmoothieServes 1
1 C coconut water
1 C of cucumber
1/2 C pineapple
1/4 C strawberries
1 celery stalk

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
