Gluten Free Paleo Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Just as good as they look!

These are easy to make and take about 18 minutes!

Pre Heat oven to 350

Ingredients

WET

2 Ripe Bananas mashed

2 eggs

1/3 cup apple sauce

1Tbsp coconut oil

2tsp pure vanilla extract

1/3 cup coconut nectar/syrup

1 cup gluten free chocolate chips

Blend all wet ingredients in bowl add chocolate chips

DRY

2 cups coconut flour

3Tbsp almond flour

2tsp baking soda

1tsp nutmeg

1/4 cup Himalayan cocoa

Combine dry ingredients to wet mix

spoon into lightly oiled muffin pan

bake for 18 minutes, let cool for 5 minutes and ENJOY!
