So who says you can’t have Ice cream and stay trim?!!
You can if you make it with bananas instead of dairy and fat!
I am telling you, this was heaven, super easy to make and you will have left over caramel sauce to use for anything your little heart pleases!
4 large frozen bananas
1/2 cup any non dairy milk, I used oat milk
1/4 cup Raw Cacao Nibs
2 Tbsp gluten free mini dark chocolate chips
8 pitted Medjool dates
1 Tbsp raw Almond Butter
3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp himalayan salt
Soak dates in 1/2 cup hot water for 5 minutes
In a high speed blender ( I use a Vita Mix) blend bananas and milk
pour into bowl or mason jar stir in chocolate chips and cacao nibs
Add dates with water, almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt blend until its a thickened paste.
Drizzle over ice cream
Refrigerate left over will last a week
