PORRIDGE

Ask me what one of my favorite breakfast foods is and always at the Top of my list is Porridge! I eat it at least 4 times a week. I keep it simple but ohhhh is it Delicious!

INGREDIENTS
cooked 1/2 cup quinoa
3/4 cup coconut yogurt
1 cup blueberries and any other fruit you like
a few raw nuts, flaxseed or dried fruit
1 tablespoon coconut nectar

Mix ingredients and serve hot or cold.

NANA CHOCOLATE MINT ICE CREAM

This is one of my favorite desserts in the world, and happens to be GOOD for you!
 Make sure the bananas are RIPE, you want to be able to digest them easily. When a banana is not ripe it is hard to digest therefore leaving you constipated.

RECIPE

2-7 frozen bananas ( this will depend on how much you want to make)
1-3 TBSP powdered organic cocoa
1-4 mint leaves
splash of filtered water

DIRECTIONS
You will want to use a high powered blender, like a VITA-MIX
place bananas and water in blender on low add cocoa and mint.
THATS IT! Super easy.
